How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you've ordered a custom build, please allow an additional 24 hours for our team to professionally assemble and grip your deck.
What is your return policy on decks?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the board has not been gripped, skated, or damaged. Once a deck has been assembled or shows sign of pavement wear, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Underground Skate Shop ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7-14 business days. Please note that customs duties may apply upon arrival.
How do I know which truck size fits my deck?
Our size guide on each product page provides a compatibility chart. Generally, the axle width should closely match the width of your skateboard deck for the best stability and performance.
Are the products on your site authentic?
Absolutely. We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, from independent local labels to major brands like Baker, Santa Cruz, and Independent Truck Co.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?
Orders are processed quickly to get you back on your board. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement to ensure we can catch it before it leaves the warehouse.
