Returns & Exchanges

At Underground Skate Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your deck, apparel, or hardware isn't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached; skate decks must still be in their original shrink wrap to be eligible for return.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and attach the provided prepaid shipping label before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
